The Excellent ONE69A of Screen printing fame got us on board to help them come up with a new identity for their new project Galerie Carousel in which they will be turning their studio  in Islington Mill on occasion into a Gallery. The space is perfect for such events and has a real charm about it. We will let you know when they have their first transformation so you can see for yourself.

New start up TAB (to be announced….) zine liked what we are doing and liked our styles. For that we thanked them and took part in a little interview as well as contributing some of our time in creating a A2 pull out poster for their first issue (photos to follow soon).

In a nut shell TAB is a exciting independent art and music project driven to acclaim the creativity of the subversive, unknown and the admired across a multimedia platform.  With a monthly limited run of hand screen printed poster-zines – each issue is designed by one of the featured contributors.

Just finished this piece for the front cover of the new High Voltage magazine. It always drops lots of knowledge in terms of music and is a really great read. Also we are finally glad to see that is online with a new site so check it out -> High Voltage.

After a short hiatus, one of Manchester favorite party’s, BackToFront are back and have given us free creative reign over designing a 3 part series of flyers for their monthly party @ House9. Here is  the first and if you are around this Saturday (17/10/09) get involved.

Here is a look at a couple of logos that we have been working on for Natural Selection. Natural Selection  are fully in the Reggae groove when it comes to Manchester with countless strings to their bow. Not only do they have a whopping 10k sound system, they are putting on countless parties in Manchester’s Northern Quarter (Check out Chord every Thursday – Heavy) as well as featuring a growing roster of Reggae/Dub heads. The logos above are for King of Kings, a new party they are creating and also a new identity for  Mako, a new addition to the their army of Jah soldiers. With the Mako logo we have used our own first type face called UN= install, which we will preview in the not so distant future. Anyway peace up to the whole Natural Selection crew, the easiest and most chilled of clients to work with.
