Loving this amazing stop start animation by Donato Sansone. Nothing short of incredible – Skills.

I first came across Blu when I saw the amazing stop start animation entitled  MUTO (check it out it is wicked). In this collaboration piece he has teamed up with David Ellis (who often works in the form of digital time-lapse animation which Ellis calls motion painting) and produced another stunning painting shot over a time lapse.

After a short hiatus, one of Manchester favorite party’s, BackToFront are back and have given us free creative reign over designing a 3 part series of flyers for their monthly party @ House9. Here is  the first and if you are around this Saturday (17/10/09) get involved.

Here is a look at a couple of logos that we have been working on for Natural Selection. Natural Selection  are fully in the Reggae groove when it comes to Manchester with countless strings to their bow. Not only do they have a whopping 10k sound system, they are putting on countless parties in Manchester’s Northern Quarter (Check out Chord every Thursday – Heavy) as well as featuring a growing roster of Reggae/Dub heads. The logos above are for King of Kings, a new party they are creating and also a new identity for  Mako, a new addition to the their army of Jah soldiers. With the Mako logo we have used our own first type face called UN= install, which we will preview in the not so distant future. Anyway peace up to the whole Natural Selection crew, the easiest and most chilled of clients to work with.

I Recently came accross Nick Veasy’s radiology and really appreciated how he has turned a vital cog in mending & healing into an art form. The dexterity of his work is enthralling. Go check out more of his work and his ideology behind it at Nickveasey.com

More strike off samples are filtering through each day now and we are still in the process for fine tuning everything to a T (pardon the pun). Our first consignment of stock should be in our hands and on sale online right here at Unequal Balance.com by the end of September. We will be doing some super duper give ways to commerate that epic day but untill then folks keep following us and stay UN=.
